By purchasing from GiftBoxShoppes.com, you agree to the following store policies and terms. Because many of our products are custom-made, please read carefully before placing your order.

๐ŸŽจ Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are created based on the exact details you provide (names, dates, colors, images, or messages).

  • Once an order is submitted and production has started, changes cannot be made.

  • Custom items include but are not limited to:

    โ€ข Personalized shirts, mugs, tumblers, ornaments, plaques, etc.

    โ€ข Engraved or printed items with names, quotes, or images

    โ€ข Gift boxes built to customer specifications

Design Proofs:

If a proof is required, you will receive it by email. Once you approve, production will begin.

If no response is received within 48 hours, your order may move forward as originally submitted.

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

  • Gift Box Shoppes reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or incomplete payment.

Processing Time:

  • Custom orders typically take 7โ€“10 business days to process before shipping.

  • Processing time may vary depending on order volume or holidays.

Shipping:

  • Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

โŒ Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders:

  • All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for these items once production has started.

  • Because these products are designed specifically for you, we cannot resell or reuse them.

Non-Custom Items:

  • If you purchased a non-custom item, returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

  • Email us at support@giftboxshoppes.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

  • If verified, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

  • Once work has begun (designing, printing, or packaging), cancellations are not permitted.
